DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE

  • Successfully mediated numerous multiple-party construction

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

  • Practice concentrated in commercial litigation, with emphasis on construction disputes involving lien and bond claims, change order claims, and contract disputes.

  • Clients included property owners, sureties, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
